Adrian is the founder of Tshirt-Factory and is in charge of organizing and managing the core structure of our activity. We can all admit that he is a pillar of patience and consistency, always motivating the team to do their best in every project. He is software savvy and nurses to health every equipment of the company. He is a hero!

Florin joined Adrian in his endeavour to start a business in graphic designs. He handles Tshirt-Factory's vector sets and packs, both in layout and in background. He is the t-shirt vector master, who creates and combines unexpected elements to the maximum effect. His dynamic nature reflects the many styles of his designs, most of them inspired by his life moments. After perfecting his Photoshop and Illustrator abilities, he chills with friends, girfriends and his cat.

Gabriel is the leading illustrator and is in charge of the awesome custom work our clients request from us. He will break it down to you to the last detail and you will get you quality and refined art designs that will never disappoint. His Wacom tablet is his best friend and never ceases to improve his Illustrator and Corel Painter skills. He shifts from macabre styles to cute, cuddly bunnies with great ease. He loves people that understand art yet stay humble in front of it.

Vali is our second, youngest illustrator and has been part of the tea m since 2008. He studied Fine Arts and follows Masters courses while balancing a full job with us. Although he is in love wiht traditional art, he is one of the most flexible and patient artists. He learns alongside Gabriel and absorbs his every word to become the best in digital drawing as well. Great talents for a mountain climber!

George is our fresh addition to the team that is charge of dealing with our local clients and ensuring us a strong connection between us and the people that inspire and support us – our fans! He personally delivers the packages and makes sure nobody receives less that what they expected from us. He's a strong rookie!

Oana is the Content writer of the house and deals with our international clients as far as content is concerned. She makes sure there is a constant and active communication between the team and external customers. Social networks and online exposure are her specialty.She hates snakes.
